How to Bid Online

Six Steps, Start to Finish
STEP BY STEP
How to Bid Online
-
1
Create Your Free Account
Create a Realty Offers Now account using accurate contact information. Account creation alone does not approve you to bid.
-
2
Choose a Property
Open the property page and confirm that the property is currently offered by Online Auction.
-
3
Register for That Specific Auction
Select Register to Bid and complete the property-specific registration process.
-
4
Review All Documents and Terms
Read the property information, disclosures, purchase agreement, auction terms, deadlines, buyer's premium, deposit requirements, and closing requirements before bidding.
-
5
Provide Required Registration Information
Submit proof of funds or other documentation required for that property and wait for bidding approval.
-
6
Complete Due Diligence
Tour or inspect the property when opportunities are available and investigate all matters important to your decision before bidding.
-
7
Set Your Maximum
Decide the highest amount you are prepared to pay, including any buyer's premium and closing costs.
-
8
Place Your Bid
Sign in, enter your bid or maximum bid, and confirm it. Monitor the auction until bidding closes.
-
9
Understand Extended Bidding
A bid placed near closing may extend the auction so other bidders have time to respond.
-
10
If You Are the Successful Bidder
Follow the immediate instructions for signing the purchase agreement, submitting earnest money, and completing the closing under the property-specific terms.
